Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean, unworn, and in sellable condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
